I believe there is such a thing as plastic and vinyl dye, in an aerosol can like spray paint.

I have a 89 CRX DX that came with the crappy blue interior, so I pulled out all the plastics and painted them black with Krylon Fusion paint for plastics. You can get it at Walmart. The paint job still looks good 5-6 years later, but I'm not rough on my car, so if you are, the paint might start to chip.

We have found that, if you clean it well, scuff it with Scotchbrite, prep it with acetone or MEK, and spray it with SEM dye, it works pretty well.
