honestly i never have seen painted interior look good. its not only going to look bad but its going to feel like crap too. and u constantly gotta worry about scratching it cuz if u do its a one shot deal...u gotta do it all over again. as much of a bitch it is...i would just swap dash's just my .02 though

You may be able to remove your dash and dye it. give some of the local paint and/or body shops a call and see if they sell anything along those lines.

Are you just trying to change the color, or are you going for the show car look? If you are just trying to change the color, clean the dash real good with a degreaser, the use a mild soap and water solution. Let it air dry and then use SEM Trimblack and go to town. I did this on my EF and it looks great. I installed a CRX dash in the car that was blue, I had to paint it black. It looks factory and only cost 10bucks to do.

Some of my buddies have the interiors that have been painted to match the outside of the car. It costs a lot of money, looks cool and is super high maintenance.

If u sand it down to make it smooth and paint it like u are painting the outside of a car prime, paint, clear and all of the sanding it looks awesome and can fool many people and say its fiberglass and it isnt going to scratch that easy if u put many coats of clear
