Default B18B Swap Rev Problem

I am swapping a Rebuild B18B1 into my 1994 EG Coupe. I have a chipped P75 ECU. The timing is spot on and it idles perfectly, but when i begin to rev past 1000 RPMS it sounds like some kind of rev limiter or Launch controls. I am using my D16 Injectors, and running no O2 Sensor because the harness did not reach. I am also running a GSR Throttle body because that what came with the engine, so i had to rig the throttle cable to hold idle. I posted a link to youtube so you can hear what it sounds like.

Wire up the O2 firstly. Its obviously got 1 check engine code. Pull the codes then post here but you really need to get an O2.

Thanks for your help, I just disconnected the ecu and battery and let every thing reset. When i plugged everything back in it stopped doing it and ran perfectly. I'm definitely going to wire up the O2.
