help, my swap is done but not running right.
I finished the swap, started right up, its 2001 gsr engine, and a 92 civic hatch, i used the gsr harness and just plugged everything in.
-Its running of a skunk2 p28 with skunk 2 manifold.
here is my problem, its throwing a code, i was wondering if i have to wire the o2 sensor or does the gsr harness take care of that? also do i need to run a secondary o2?
edit: that car will no idle what so ever, but i think i may have to adjust the throttle cable, but i doubt it.

well you are still using a OBD-1 ecu so don't worry about the second O2, and even if your first O2 is bad it should still idle ....badly, but idle .....i know becuase i just did a similar swap, like 4 days ago and ran it with no O2 at all check sig

get the codes, probably the IACV isnt hooked up right or you have the wrong plug into it. I know on mine, there are about 3 different ones that CAN plug into it.
Pull the codes, then the rest will be simple

ok i will check the codes as soon as i get home but, one other question, do you guys mount your throttle cable with the stock gsr mount, i made a custom piece for the skunk 2 manny, but the throttle still needs to be pulled from the top because of the gsr thorttle body, can you re position the throttle "thing" dont know whats its called but the thing the throttle connects to.

your problem is probably in the o2 but it should affect the idle that bad. I cant remember for sure but did your car originally have a one wire ot 4 wire o2? if it had the one wire u have to get a 4 wire o2. besides that its hard to say what else could be the problem, need to know the code number.
