Alright guys so I've been following the DIY that was created by "Vehicross" Although now I've come to the end of the install and I've hit a dead end. I don't think its because he's working on a 2000 civic and I'm working on a 95 Civic coupe..

So I put the switch in and everything is wired up accordingly but when I put the ground back on I'm not getting power to the 12v (Radio, Cigarrete lighter) which powers the switch.
However, When I hook the ST (starter switch up directly the way honda intended and I leave the IG2 wire hooked up to the relay I can feel the relay clicking, and see the power working on the radio and swtich itself.
To make a long story short I am getting power without the ST wires connected to the relay, but when hooked up to the relay I'm not getting anything. Either way I still can't get the car to turn over even though the fuel pump primes on and the car has power. I have reason to believe that the problem could be with the car having an alarm, or because the car originally came with cruise control. I only say this because as I've been looking through google/yahoo etc.. These two areas can be conflicting.
Thanks for any info.

I went to Autozone and got a brand new 30amp thinking that might be the problem and its still doing it.
