Stock jdm D15B has no power up to 3k and then suddenly I can feel it kick in. Starting from a stop is almost impossible unless I keep it above 3k til i get going. Not sure what the problem is or what caused it but it all began after I drove from Anaheim to HB tonight to pick up a friend. I was cruising at a slow pace the whole way. After stopping on 6th street in front of his store I immediately felt the motor sort of drop a little. As I got going back down PCH i could feel the car pulling back and thats when the trouble really occured, there was absolutely no power on the bottom end.

Going to my mechanic first thing in the morning, I know this cannot be diagnosed online just curious to see what others have to say.

Have any check engine lights? Could be mechanical or ignition timing related?
