I have a fully built gsr integra
Motor is broke in and now having a weird problem when barely pressing on the gas.
When I turn the throttle body by hand the car starts to idle funny and sounds like its chugging. Then when I let my hand off the throttle body it will keep doing it until I turn the throttle body and make sure its closed and the car will idle fine. I have adjusted my throttle cable and the problem is still there. Also when driving the car n lower rpm it will do this also. My car is idiling around 1100 rpm and will jump to around 1500 when it starts acting up. Any help would be appreciated,

 

What else have you done besides adjusting the throttle cable? Have you cleaned your IACV? Any Cel?

 

havent cleaned iacv doing that today, i have check engine code n maintenance required code , auto zone cant run there scanner on it either

 

Just jump the service connector for your CEl. They say it won't work for obd2 cars but my Gsr is a 97 and it works the same.

I would do an oil change for your maintenance light.
