i have a d15b7 in my 95 ex and cant seem to figure why its running like crap only codes are 1 AND 43 and it is fouling plugs did compression test and seems to be good it was around 190 across the board but it wont rev past 2500 rpms and cant figure out why

 

Replace the O2 sensor and then go from there.

 

will be doing tomorrow hopefully its all thats wrong

It can. If you unplug the O2 sensor, does the engine run better?

 

figured it out it was the cat unbolted it and the motor started running fine but thanks for the tips and advise
