Default Misfire Issues

My car starts off really rough when engine is cold. The CEL came on and threw the codes 0300, 0302, 0303, 0304. These are a misfire pretty much across the board and 03000 is the random cylinder misfire. Spark plugs were all changed 5000 miles ago and coil packs all look good still no cracks. please tell me what i should be looking for next.

Does the car run any better when hot, or does it only run rough cold? How many miles are on the car?

the car runs perfectly fine when its warm. it has 125000 on it. I forgot to mention that the var only runs rough for like the first 15 seconds after it turns over

Dirty air filter, clogged fuel filter, fuel pump going bad, weak spark, needs a valve clearance adjustment.

Any other codes or any idle issues?

How is your anti-freeze level in the radiator and reservoir? Is the reservoir empty? It sounds like you could possibly have a blown headgasket. There is a 2005 Civic in the shop now getting a head gasket put on. It only has 80,000 miles on it!! They are very weak and sensitive. Any over heating will cause these suckers to fail. We see quite a few. When it runs rough for the first 15 minutes do you see any white smoke out of the tail pipe or smell a sweet scent from the exhaust? Another possiblity is you have an injector(s) leaking down over night. I haven't seen that yet on the newer Civics but it's possible.
