Default Exhaust fitment on 92 hybrid

Ok, here's the scenario: I have a 92 CX hatch and recently dropped in a 99 B18C1. I used the stock 99 GS-R exhuast manifold and OBD-2 cat. I decided to go with a stock ITR catback exhaust system for now. I knew the muffler section wouldn't bolt up, so I wasn't worried about that. My main concern was the b-pipe, which I found bolts right up to the stock hangers, but this was the result as far as fitment:

And this is the exhaust manifold I am running:

So my question is this, what B-series exhaust manifold (or just an a-pipe) can I use that would make this a bolt on affair?

Mind you I came across this:

So, would I be better off just getting an extension piece fabricated, or getting a header that fits?
