92 Civic CX Hatch Exhaust Dilemma

92 Civic CX Hatch Exhaust Dilemma
Hey guys, new here but not to other boards. I have a 92 civic CX hatchback that has the cat in the exhaust manifold. THe car has custom exhaust piping from the exhaust manifold back to the muffler (bought it this way). Its rusting and has holes all in it. I want to get a catback exhaust so I can pass inspection. The muff shop wanted too much to replace the pipe and put a new muffler on so I figured I'd buy some cheap knock off exhaust and replace it myself.
Question is the cat back exhausts I see have a 3 bolt flange that mate to a cat. My CAT is in the top of my manifold and my manifold collector is a 2 bolt flange.
So would I be able to get this exhaust:

and use this test pipe to make it all fit?

Not looking for power, just want to replace with somethign bolt on and stainless steel, this is my gas sipper for here and there due to high *** gas prices!

you have it all figured out
get the stuff that already come with gasket/bolts so you won't have to go running around looking for hardware when installing it

Chances are likely if you want to pass inspection you need another cat in there, not a test pipe. They'll look under the car and see the test pipe and dock you for it, or fail you for it.
Dunno tho, good luck.

why would he need 2 cats? his oem cat is on his manifold, they'll pass him if the numbers are good

no there isn't any cat after manifold, the setup you are ordering is correct. why the hell would they put 2 cats inline on a 4 banger?
a lot of misinformation on these boards
