I went to go for a drive yesterday and turns out my car didn't want to start!!
In ACC and in the ON positon everything worked (radio, power antenna, headlights). But when I went to the start position absolutely nothing happened.
Not even a clicking from a bad battery... Any ideas on what it could be?

When you say, "absolutely nothing happened" do you just mean engine does not crank/turn over, [starter not working]?

Or do you mean you lose all power to everything?

Try a bypass jump, use a jumper wire with one end connected to the batt.. [pos.(+) post] then unplug the starter lead from the starter motor, [thinner of the two leads at the starter] then touch other end of jumper lead to the terminal on the starter motor you unplugged the starter lead from.

BE CAREFULL, make sure car is not in gear, engine will crank even if ign. switch is off and/or car is in gear and clutch not stepped on.

What is the MM&Y of your car and is it an auto or 5 speed?

 

It's a 97 gsr with an ls swap. When I put it on the start position it doesn't crank or click or anything. But nohing else cuts ou though
