Default B16 Turbo build...Looking for some advice

Ok well im in the middle of piecing together a turbo set up for my 98 coupe with a b16A, My goal is to make 260-300 whp on 10 psi. There is a few things im stuck on though, Such as what injectors should i use as for as the cc rating and also the correct intercooler and piping kit...Below is a list of things i have bought and things i will be purchasing shortly. Does this seem like a reasonable goal? And the car is most likely gonna be tuned on crome pro with a chipped p28

AFI ramhorn manifold

60 trim t3/t4 turbo

tial wastegate

tial bov

go-autoworks ic piping kit (will the 94-00 integra kit work with a 98 coupe?)

255 fuel pump

injectors (could use advice as to what size)

gsr cams

70mm TB

3 in. DP...and a full 3 in. exhaust to a muffler

act 6 puck sprung disc and heavy duty press. plate (is this to extreme for dd?)

fmic 28x9x2.75 (is this a good size?)

650cc would be a good match for 300whp

as for the turbo? why get a 60 trim? the newer lighter 50s like the 5431e will make the power you want and spool much faster

well i think im just use it as a temp. the real turbo i want is the precision 3231E, I just cant afford it right now...If i dont like the 60 trim i will most likely switch to a 50 trim

5431e is a better unit, capable of more power and likely a very slightly faster spool. look up the specs between the two.

the 3231e from what i've seen behaves similar to the 5431b.

yep. the 5431e is a new for 2011 50 trim that uses a billet wheel on an e cover.

https://turbodaves.com/Precision_Turbo_.html

more flow than the 3231e out of a smaller and lighter wheel

if you have no future plans to build the motor, get injectors between 550 and 750, depending on what comes up as a good deal. if you might build it later then look bigger than 550, like 680-880. 880 can take you into the 500hp range.

your goals are more than reasonable. i tuned a friends stock engine b16 last year and its trapping 104-106 in the quarter in a full interior eg hatch on 8 psi. should be around 275hp.

i also have another friend with a b16 with type r cams in a caged, full weight del sol trapping 110 in the quarter mile on 9-10 psi. that setup should be a tad over 300hp, maybe up toward 325 considering the weight of the car. its a real basic street tune i did one afternoon using hondata.

good call on the gsr cams. they are definately the cheapest bang for the buck on a stock b16 turbo motor in my opinion. happy boosting!
