Default should i replace the piston rings?

So awhile back i hit a deer and it did a bunch of damage-

Body- fenders,hood,front bumper,radiator support,headlights,and bumper lights,and driver side door.

But it smashed the headlight into the timing belt threw my timing off and bent valves.

So i bought a new head for it, just wondering what all should i do as far as upper half. i dont want to touch the lower half due to the fact i have so much already invested.

I would since everything is apart already. Do it all at once and call it good.
