high idle, not the usual causes...
Ok. the car idles quite high when fully warm and the accelerator has been depressed once. the idle drops to normal when i pull the accelerator out with my toe but its not the cable (checked and it moves freely) the way it reacts, it almost seems like the tps? or maybe my throttle body is effed.... another thing i was wondering is if the little bladder that moves with the throttle might have something to do with it?

Loosen the throttle cable just a little. If that don't do it, pull the tb off and clean the eff out of it. It may have some grime in it keeping It from moving freely.
the throttle cable has been off, lubed and moves freely and adjusted loose enough. Ill have a look at the tb now... one weird thing is that the idle crept up slightly on its own while sitting, but ill see how the tb looks for now lol! process of elimination at this point
go uner the hood while its running and physically push the throttle back to the closed postion when it starts to idle up. i suspect it will do nothing.
car this old id start looking at vaccum hose leaks, intake manifold gasket leaks, and general air leaks from anyplace air can get in. wiggle hoses listen for vaccum leaks and search around for other methods of finding vaccum leaks.
