Icon2 Massive blue smoke, valve dropped, spark plug destroyed piston fried h-t plz help

Hello h-t need some major help. recently had one of my cars tuned made 521whp. now upon coming off the dyno the car blew blue smoke at idle. tuner said it was'nt a biggie(another story) so been breaking in the motor the last couple of weeks, and here is where it all seems to go bad.

no matter what i did the car would not rev past 7k no matter what, oil pressure seemed right(80psi) and fuel pressure(47psi) seemed fine at idle. at a traffic light this car will just blow blue smoke heavily. i did not vent the valve cover yet waiting on line.

no matter what i did 1st will got to 8500 not prob but all the other gears seemed like it hit boost cut at 7k rpm. this is really ****ing with me because i really cant pinpoint the issue. this car has boost by gear and according to the tuner 1st,2nd 11psi, 3rd,4th,5th 21psi

Setup
sleeeved lsv(82mm)
stock type r head
stock ls tranny
lovefab top mount
garret bb gt35r
1000cc injectors
fuel lab fpr
full blown rail
open dumptube
s300/ with bbg

is this a tuner error or mechanical failure when this happen i was only doing 15-20mph and the car just cut off and again never could redline this car everytime it felt like i hit boost cut hard. plz h-t can you help. i will have the car back together in a few days just hunting parts down but would like to know some official ideas so i can prevent this from happening. i was always curious about the blue smoke thought it had a little to do with crank case pressure build up and vc not being vented. here some pics sorry for the shitty pics was hella pissed when i toook then

what really got my mind going is the whole valve didnt drop only the buttom part of the valves

this is another thing i dont understand i know the piston hit but why only #4?

i didnt think to take a picture of the piston but it does not have a hole, just chewed up by the valve. the sleeve is 100% which is even more odd.
any info will help thanks. i honestly think the blue smoke and tuning had alot to do with this happening???

Post some clearer pictures up as i can't see properly. If a valve is bent, twisted, mangled and f*cked them you've droped a valve. Make sure your valve to guide clearance is OK as if there play and the valve can move about it can cause it to drop (this is why i like bronze guides as you can run tighter clearences). Inspect the sleeves carefully as they maybe scored. If so you'll need to re bore.

Sad times anyway.... This is everyones nightmare... Hope all works out well

Bingo..... At some point you had valve to piston contact, either do to valve float or cam timing being off and the piston in that #4 cylinder made contact with the valve and bent it. After beating on it, it broke off and messed up your motor. I wouldn't be surprised if you find more bent valves.

For anyone else who reads this....if something weird happens to your motor at anytime, stop beating on it and start doing some basic checks or this will be the end result.

Beat on it I barely drove it like I stated. I could never get the car past 7k pre breakin post breakin. I never pushed this motor at all

Wow is this what ht has become? Instead of a assumption why dont you ask. For those of you who trully know the use of a forum plz comment!. I didnt even get a chance to even beat on the car. Like I said in the op the tuner said the car was solid n I believed him. You should go into the archives and look what ht use to be we hen somebody needed help instead of acting the way you are bro

Beating on it? You couldn't rev it pass 7k. How do you know you couldn't?? Because you tried multiple times... reving to 7k is beating on your car. Doesn't matter. Getting on it, is beating on your car. There's nothing wrong with it, but the first time you "couldn't" rev past 7k something was wrong. You should have stopped.

This is one important reason why a "stock" valvetrain on a motor such as this isn't a idea. You had valvefloat.. i'm sure its almost seen in the way the valves will sit or angle back.

Sorry it happens, but the truth hurts.

sorry dude, thats just sheer stupidity that got the better of that engine, the instance it would have started blowing smoke, i would have known something was not right

dam your pretty lucky to not have any damages on the sleeve that you drop your valve. this happened to me too, but unfortunately for me i had a scratch on my sleeve and had to oversize it. best thing to do is take all the stuff you need from the head (valve springs, retainers, valves, rocker arms, etc.) and throw the head away. time to get a new head.

What you call assumption is what I and many others would call reading comprehension, which apparently owns you...

seriously... the only thing you can do is build a new motor all this coming on HT and asking questions is pointless, the motor is f'ed, talking on here isnt going to bring it back.. by what i am reading is that you contradicted yourself... to me its your fault it
**** on itself, when you see blue smoke obviously its oil burning somewhere which shouldnt be happening.

and you have the nerve to come on HT asking questions and when someone gives you the proper answer you go and talk **** on HT and those that comment. GTFO with that ****. most of these guys have the experance, way more than you, and they had the time to try and help you and tell you what happend and you act like that??? be for real dude!

also you said you didnt vent the gas pressures and you went and Dynoed it anyways? then ran it for weeks? maybe it wasnt his that caused the motor to go, but the point is WAIT TILL IT I FINISHED AND THEN GO DYNO IT!!!!
