Default Master cylinder brake line plugs

I've searched and searched, last thing I need for my staging brakes to work.

I need a way to plug one of the holes on my master cylinder.

The thread size is 10mm-1.0

Thank you for your time,
Dk

local hardware store should have a set screw or at least a nice looking bolt to use.

if not, mcmaster has them and/or if you got a lathe should be able to make one with no problems.

I understand, that was my concern.

I found one way to do it, kinda expensive but I ordered em just to have.

10x1.0/3an adapter, with a 3an cap on it.

I use this till I can find a plug that'l work.

Deleting the rear brakes from the normal brake system.

Only thing that operates the rear brakes is the staging brake.

Plan is to come out of the front port of the master cylinder, 3an to a tee, from the tee two equal length 3an lines to each front caliper. Block off the rear master cylinder port.

Staging brake has its own master cylinder. 3an out of it to a tee, then to equal length 3an lines to each of the rear calipers.

Car has skinnies, last thing I want is the *** end passing me on shut down. I've had it happen on normal street tires before in this same car.

Thanks for your time

Sounds like a good plan

Thank you, its pretty much done, just need a few more fittings to arrive.

Gotta come up with a solid kit, my brother and girlfriend are going to be on skinnies soon as well.

yes, there are 2 kinds of brakes when coming to hand controlled brake.

you can do a hand brake or a staging brake. the stage brake with tee off to your existing brake system or you can go to a hand brake which is independent to your brake system.

the hand brake however needs to be separated from the pedal.
