can someone take a pic of the vacuum lines of the IAB valve to the IM.

the diagram on the manual shows the h22a1 IM which is has different vacuum placement ports than my h22a. thanks

 

It doesn't matter which port it goes to just FYI...as long as it is roughly the same size nipple.

 

from the round thing, it goes to a little canister thing under the intake manifold with a sensor on it ( iab sensor ).

Got mine from hmotors, no iab box/sensor....

 

same thing. i got my 22 from hmotors and i see no box or sensor. just the iab valve itself.

im getting a high pitch whistle everytime i accelerate. i got the same whistle before when i did the iab valve plug. now i got it on this motor. hawk said it might be another vacuum leak rather then the iab valve being open at all times

 

whistle is probably from your intake piping. spray down with hairspray and re-stick.

thanks alot for searching for the pic it helped alot thc! like stated before my motor did not come with a valve check or vacuum tank or contorl selonoid. i guess ill just connect with a nipple on the IM.

i never heard of hairspraying the intake pipe? what would that do? why would the intake whistle?
