Default egr lift sensor

ok. i have posted about this topic before trying to get someone to give me a pic of the egr lift sensor. i decided that it would be best to just take a pic of what i think the egr lift sensor is and have somebody out there identify it. heres the pic dudes. is this the egr lift senor?

thats your purge valve. It will work as your egr lift valve if you do not want to buy one.


BTW, that top nipple is cut thou, it may not be able to use it.

that wuld work as an egr lift control solenoid. the list sensor is between the throttle body and the distributor, and is mounted to teh manifold, the sensor is on top of the egr valve to measure the amount of lift on the valve when the control solenoid allows vacuum through.

i also have this purge valve but i dont know where to install it...i already connected all my vacuum lines..

the purge valve has one line going to a vacuum port, the second goes to teh charcoal cannister, there is also anohter solenoid tha tlookes like that that is a fuel enrichemnt one from jdm h22as....i usually toss it.

thats what i did with the last 4....actually i threw it into my parts boxes jsut in case someone needed one of those solenoids for egr or evap purge on another car.

Is there a how to on removing the purge valve? Do I just block the vacuum pipes or connect them together (or either?)
