Hello,
Recently I've finished rebuilding my D16Z6 and have been trying to work out the last of the kinks. The one I'm stumped on is this little oil puddle I've been getting every couple days or so. Originally I thought it was the distributor o-ring so I replaced it and it was fine for a couple days and now it's back. It's located right under the sensor that I'll be showing in the picture (Marked in Baby Blue, this is where it puddles up). Sensor is dry but will be using thread sealer on the two under the distributor when I flush the fluids to be safe anyway. Any ideas where this could be coming from? Thanks

 

could be the head.. if not valve cover try to take ur time to trace it.. since its a rebuilt the oil leak shouldnt be to hard to see

 

Head/Valve Cover are dry and seem to be sealed perfectly. Tracing it at first I saw beneath the distributor was damp and a drip on the coolant hose below but after replacing the o-ring it seems to have come back.

 

maybe you pinched the oring when you replaced it you should pull it back out and double check
