Default whats the buzz about the neon radiators?

i've seen alot of people post about them and did a search but it didn't turn up anything. what's the deal with the neon radiators?? i'm in dire need of a new radiator and if the neon radiator cools better or or is smaller in very interested in it. also what is required for the instalation of it?? do i need an aftermarket crossmember or different radiator mounting brackets?? thanks for thelp guys.

there was another but I can't find it. The main reason for this swap is for clearance w/ a turbo. It will open up the whole area in front of the turbo w/o hood clearance problems like the EG radiator will give. I believe it is also thicker then an EG rad. I'm sure there is other reasons too.
