Default shorter radiator, or scirrocco style? need more clearance

has anyone used a scirrocco style radiator, or some sort of shorter radiator?

i would like to move my radiator a bit forward. (90 hatch, very limited space w/ turbo). i'm just looking to see if anyone has done anything like this. i searched through every radiator thread also.

a shorter radiator would be one option, anyone have any other ideas? i'm just bored at work and though i'd see if anyone had anything to say about it. i'll have to take some measurements when i get home.

I'm using an eg radiator. Cut the hood skeleton a little along with the radiator support so it can sit straight up and down.

yeah, i've been thinking about that....but we'll see.

i'd really like to get as large of a radiator as i can...i guess an aluminum dual core eg/ek radiator would cool fine.

i've used this car for track days in the past, and i have no desire to over heat it....

anybody else?

Scirocco style from Summit was one of the OG modifications people used to do on ED's before the Del Slo had finished it's production run. If you have to custom fit anything to said chassis, price shop as you have to do a little fab work to mount.

For 92+ EH, the Del Slo dual core is a direct drop in no brainer.

Size doesn't matter much on Honduh radiators, so don't worry about overheating a street car.
