Sure. It is deffinantly not worth the price and heres a few reasons why. Is your car fast enough and do you track your car to fully use the potential of the brakes? Not only do you need the brake swap, you need custom axels if you use the type r hubs, the itr lower control arms. The lower control arms are wider than ours by around 15mm. You would need 5 lug wheels unless you redrilled for 4 lug and had custom brackets made to fit the larger caliper. Also advanced auto parts wont have brake pads for you. Your stock brake booster im sure wont be large enough to push the pads. Go through through the facts and get a set of legened calipers. That swap is more cost effective.

Did you get base model RSX parts? If not, you will run into problems finding axles that work. Also, you need the ABS sensors for the rear wheels.

The DC5R brembos will bolt right up to the rsx hubs but you will have to use s2000 rotors and pads.
