Re-foam stock seats?
I'm a tall bastard and need soem more support lateral support in my seat. Stock CRX seats are probably the closest to the floorboard that I'll ever get while still being able to recline. I was thinking my best option might be to get them reupholstered with new foam that has larger side bolsters than stock. Has anyone done this before or seen it done?

Tore down old seats to bare frames, started with a set of aftermarket replacement foam cushions for the seats (that didn't fit so well), glued additional pieces of foam where desired (bolsters and lumbar), cut out some foam to lower seating position, and took the final pieces of foam and seat frames to an upholstery shop to be covered.
That was 16 years ago though.
