Default D15b1 Terrible MPG Questions.

Hi everyone,

I'm currently getting about 25 mpg in my 91 ef civic. I was told of some things to change and this is what I have changed to fix this issue.
New Plugs
New Wires
Fuel Filter
o2 sensor
Valve cover gaskets

Air filter seemed new so I didn't change that.
Some times I would have issue with starting really rough and the blinking lights on the ecu were 14/17 this would happen about 1 out of every 30 starts.

I have a huge trip this weekend and I would love to figure this out before I left.

thanks!
cheers
