Default itr with a .48. Can this be tuned for street

stock 98 itr b18c, id1000's, blox log, 255 pump, 3" exhaust except for 2.5" dp, open WG, spal fan 14", 1/2 mish radiator. ice cold ac. Tuned on Neptune rtp E85.

The turbo is a t3t4ob super V stage II. .48 ar. on the dyno the turbo choked up around 7700 rpm 261whp then dropped like a rock. running 8psi. I know the obvious is to get a diff turbo.

Here is the tune question?
1. I want to get maximum performance for 1.4mile times, keep my ac, I am not asking for a map. just a plan if one could exist with this current setup. I am willing to double the air out of turbo till fall when I step up to larger turbo setup.
Thanks

Simply, yes. Go to a competent tuner and see about maximizing your setup. It may not be easy in Nebraska, but In IL, IN,OH, you have better luck

Just get a larger turbine housing, IMO. and then re-tune. With an .82 a/r you should be able to put out around 350.

Turn up the boost and keep tuning until you get to your power goal. That turbo isn't at its efficiency level yet you will find that once you turn up the boost the power falling at 7700 will rise again if you get a tuner that is half decent.
