ballast stay on drawing power
aite so i had a bad parasitic draw and kind of lost time at school and lack of acess to tools to diagnose the problem on my car and why the battery was dying. i took it to honda and they found that my hids were staying on not the light but the ballast itself when they would come on they would draw a huge amount of power and when off they whent to normal and if they did it again it would go up but when they turned them off the ballast would stay up there still this keeped going. what im trying to figure out is if i should replace the ballast itself of is there a way to make sure they turn off a friend told me that a relay couls maybe solve my problem thanks guys
If im not mistaking adding a relay would require some rewiring where both are connected to one of the oem plugs and its connected straight to the battery. If your fine with that go for it.
Or you can try the $10 ballast replacement from ebay. Thats what I'm using now and work just fine.

You didn't make it clear as to what the actual problem is.
My assumption is that your battery is going dead over night?!??!
Disconnect the ballasts completely and see if you are still having the problem.
If disconnecting fixes the problem, then post up a diagram or something showing EXACTLY how you have it wired up.
Since it's not 'stock' then it's impossible to help you at all without knowing how they are installed.
