Default Aftermarket Keyless Entry Help

Hello all,

I have a Python aftermarket keyless entry system for my 2000 Honda Civic HB. Last week it stopped working because the remote ran out of battery. After replacing the battery on the remote, now the remote does not work anymore. I was curious if any of you can offer me any advice on this issue.

The system is linked to my ignition so the doors still lock and unlock when the car turns on and off but I'm not sure why the remote stopped working even with a new battery.

Thanks.

you probably have to re-link the remote using the valet switch. there is a certain way to do it but every model is different so you would have to check your manual or look up the manual online. hope this helps.
