Default Need your advice about coilovers

So my coilovers seem to be giving out theyre not bottoming out but just become way to soft i was just wondering if you guys would recommend rebuilding them or buying new ones and what brand?... My current ones are JIC magic coilovers and are non adjustable dampenining wise theyre one way. It cost about 200 to rebuild tone coilover and some shipping cost so around 250 i believe would it be wise to rebuild the them i only need the front rebuilt the rears seem fine or should i just buy some new ones?.. What brand would you guys recommend?... and also it seems my upper control arm is hitting the strut tower(IDK if anybody has had this problems with older civics) should i notch it or would it be that its just my current setup since they are pretty soft?..

Have them revalved for higher spring rates. Get some eibach racing springs and you're done.

Thats what i was thinking maybe just getting higher rated springs but idk if my seals on the struts have gone bad and now theyve released gas?.. It could just be the springs that have gone bad. Any way i can test them?..
