i just recently changed my radiator because it had a big leak of coolant and started to smoke a lot nd i thought my car wouldnt get as hot as its getting right now the fans dont work when the car is turned on but wen i put the a/c they do work BOTH of them when i stop in a light for example temp of the car rises but then when i drive. it goes down really quick i have no clue wats goin on with it.
how can i solve this problem? any advice?

 

Start by looking in the procedure for bleeding the coolant.

 

ive been told tht is the radiator fan switches dat got burned nd they dont work i have to change those nd the thermostat but i have no clue on how to change those 2 things?

 

Did you bleed the coolant?

While driving (moving) the temp is fine? Then why do you think the t-stat is bad?

Could be the ONE fan switch is bad, but if the coolant isn't getting to it....bleed the air out....it never has a chance to work properly.
