Icon2 Help identify possible head damage?

Hey H-T,

Recently bought a PNP'd p72 head and upon getting it home noticed what seemed like an imperfection or possible damage. Was wondering if this is normal or out of the ordinary? I planned on daily driving this & just don't want to run into any problems and want everything to perform properly.

The described area is on the left in the photos. Looks to be a circular indent with a line/ scrape near the top left of it.

Thanks

IIRC that is where the EGR port would normally be located if it were to have one.
