Alright today I was on my way to the store and my car started to sputter, like it was misfiring. I then smelled pure gas. I pulled over in a parking lot and my car started to bounce around 1000-1700rpms. I thought a vacuum leak or something. My fuel pressure gauge was pegged past 100psi lmao, and my car was dumping out smoke like no other. I shut it off, and there was no code. I thought maybe the fpr was bad, so I coasted down the street to NAPA a block away. When I got there I threw cel #9, and a relay from the main fuse box was clicking. The guy behind me on the coast down said my car was spitting out flames lol. I've never heard of anything like this, but hell crazy **** always happens to me. I can see it being possible sense the dizzy detects fueling and timing, etc. Any input or other suggestions to check?
if you replaced the fpr with the same issue then it sounds like a fuel return line may be pinched of blocked up somehow.. did you possibly hit any large bumps that could have kinked the return hardline to the tank? check your return hose coming off the fpr to the firewall and make sure is is not bubbled or collapsed..
aslo do the same with the vaccum hose that goes from the fpr to the intake manifold

I checked the vacuum lines etc, the only thing I could see being wrong would be the fpr, but it's weird that I just threw this code at the same time too...
If your fuel pressure is still at 100psi and no code 9 then not related. The fuel pump puts out the pressure but the amount of pressure comes from the restrictions on the return line, block the return line then you'll get more pressure which is why crxsisohc was saying look for something wrong with the return line or the fpr itself.
Did u change the fpr?

I never replaced the fpr lol... Napa wanted $70, I've ordered fprs online for my other Honda's for $20-30, I'm not about to chunk that out if I don't even know it's the problem. I jacked up my car today and looked it over again. Everything looks fine, and the more I read and think about it, I think the fpr went bad for whatever reason, and the cel 9 is just a random code I threw. It was some aftermarket adjustable one that came with the car. I'm going to order another adjustable fpr tonight and see if it fixes the problem.
