Default Is it worth to rebuild a h23a1 with rod knock and ~200k miles.?

Hey HT.
Recently aquired a prelude with rod knock and some bent valves in cyl #4 with visible valve contact and it has a h23a1 wich i am not familiar with. Im into b series engines. My questions are. Since it has those FMR sleeves. You cant just ball hone it? I read that it requires a special process. Also it is worth to rebuild it or just get another one thats with 40k miles from a reputable shop?
Thanks
