Default FS/FT 97 EK hatch clean, swapped obd2

I am posting my civic hatch for sale/trade. I am not forced to sell, the car is fast reliable and fun, I just feel like possibly changing up my car game a lil bit. The car is very clean inside & out.

Motor:
B16A2 from a 99si with 55XXX on it when pulled and the head was built. Now the motor has around 60k. Competition Clutch stage2 clutch has about 5k on it. OEM flywheel resurfaced 5k ago.
The swap was done properly so its still OBD2 so the car can get through MD emissions testing. The car runs on a tuned obd1 P06 (jumper harness) but i can swap in my obd2 P72 from emissions with no check engine lights.

The head has been ported & polished, 3 angle valve job, blox stage 2 cams and cam gears, ferrera valves, supertech valve springs & retainers, skunk2 intake manifold. The car redlines at 9k and pulls smoothly til redline.

The bottom end is stock minus ARP headstuds and a cometic headgasket.

Aftermarket radiator car runs a consistent 192 degrees no matter how long I drive it and how hot it gets out.

Within the last month I did fresh NGK plugs, replaced the slave master cylinder less than a week ago, the car is very reliable...I compression tested the car when i did my plugs the numbers were 180 190 180 170

The body is very clean on this car, no honda wheel well rust, mugen knock off front lip, CTR rear lip, oem sideskirts, oem sidemoldings have been painted silver to match, antenna block off plate, fresh headlights oem style nothing ricey, badgeless grill, 99-00 taillights.

Suspension:
Skunk2 springs (2" drop) with tokico blues. Strut bars all around, rear tie bar

The car has an aftermarket steering wheel, head unit and speakers. Im sure there's more I am forgetting. Engine bay has a mild wire tuck. Interior's clean the car stays garage kept. I am not forced to sell, I am just looking into getting a GSR or something else possibly.

No bullshit test drives I dont want some ricer kids coming to beat the **** out of my hatch.

I also have a fresh GSR transmission for the car, OEM steering wheel with airbag and some other spare parts. Great on gas (duh its a honda)
