P0141

I have 1997 honda accord and my check engine light keeps coming on and the code is p0141 i changed the sensor and its still on... what should i do

What sensor did you replace? That codes points to a problem with the secondary O2 sensor/circuit.

Problem is in that circuit; doesn't exactly blame that it's the sensor itself.
