Default 5th gen.. running a little different, and wont start right when engine cold.

ok, so ive done a little bit of work.. ive replace the IACV, bought a new chip for the p28, cleaned FITV.. Now the problem i was having is that with the a/c on and stuff it would stall out (hot or cold start). Now it doesnt do that anymore and it idles right around where it should be.. The problem im having now is that when the engine is cold (like first start in the morning) it starts right up and stalls... if i give it some gas and rev it up a little bit i can get it to run and fix itself but id rather just be able to start it up and not act like a pos... i also noticed after i put the chip in and changed the iacv it kinda every so often has like a like sputter... kinda like it idles then a low pop... it doesnt sound like a misfire or anything but maybe.. and thats only when its idling... i dunno... so far i guess im leaning towards spark plugs, wires, dizzy and cap, fuel filter... but i feel kinda like im just throwing money at it... any advice? when i unplug iacv it drops in idle and runs weird and also throws a code, tps throws a code when unplugged, map sensor throws a code and engine dies... thats pretty much how i diagnosed that they arent bad is this a resonable hypothesis? any input would be appreciated..

i dunno if this is relevant but when you rev it up the idle tends to drop all the way till it is close to stalling (sometimes i get a shutter) and it goes right back to where it should be...

btw i have read thoroughly the "final idle thread"

also i put a new clutch master and slave in.. i think it was doing this before a lil but around idle the engine sounds like its knocking.. and when clutch is depressed it goes away...

oh and by the way.. the ive been messin around with the idle screw because it idles a little high and... i can put the idle screw all the way in and it still idles at 1k without the ac on or anything... is that normal? when i back it out the idle definitely goes up.. but the lowest i can get it is 1k does this mean it has a vacuum leak or what?

My engine does that because my valve lash were too tight that my engine would stall at cold-start.
