Default New turbo Scraping housing

I got my setup all together the other day and street tuned it on 6psi, maybe put 5 hours of total driving on it. Then I went out to the local drag strip made one pass, and went home. About half way home, just cruzin, I hear what sounded almost like my brake rubbing on the dust cover, but only when I give it some gas. So I got it home trying to keep the noise for happing as best as I could, rev it slghtly and CLANK definitely my turbo.

Setup;
GSR motor
oil pressure is 80-90 when cold and at wot(hott)
brand penn 10-30 green oil
GE sandwhich w/-4an line, function7 1.6mm restrictor
Precision billet 6262 non-bb

Did I starve my turbo for oil?
There is alittle shaft play, but I can't make it touch the housing, and I can't see any visable damage to wheels. I was thinking I should drill out the restrictor to a -3an hole size, but is it too late? I was thinking even if I did drill out the restrictor there is possible damage to the turbo now.

can you move the blades towards the housing? if so, something ****ed up in the turbo to give it that kind of play in 6 hours of use. my 5857 has about 2k miles on it currently and i took it off the other day to ceramic coat it. the blades had more or less no movement, only the tiniest radial play, no more than when i installed it brand new

It just really sounded like the turbo scraping but it's possible that it isn't the turbo. I'll have pull the valve cover in a min. and inspect

edit: thinking back, the noise would come when I put allittle load on the motor but it wouldn't if I was lightly pushing the throttle like 2% or less. I guess that is what makes me think it was the turbo.

It does seem to have more play towards the housing then when it was sitting on the shelf, not too much though.

No, I have race mounts.

I drilled out my restrictor, and everything seems to be okay now. Drove around for a good 2 hours last night, and no sign of the noise.
