They don't make access port anymore, lots of problems and glitches. One time I screwed up with flashpro and it was an easy fix, just re run the program. If I did that same mistake with access port it would have bricked my ecu and I would have had to send it to cobb for them to unbrick it yea..

Have you had access port? I have on right know with AEM CAI. The only problem that I have had is when the map for the mod is not being used. It seems that when I hit the gas I have a delay in power and the car sort of jerks like it is trying to get power. Its like a up down up down thing. Seems to work better when the car is warmer. Have you had this issue?

I do have a question about the Hondata. Are there preprogramed maps or is that something you have to create on your own or download? Is the software Apple friendly?

Hondata does have premade maps, according to what mods you have. You'd have to check their website for Apple compatibility.

Get the Flashpro. For one, as someone already mentioned, the Accessport has been discontinued. Two, from what I remember reading about it, you can't tune the Acessport yourself; you have to have a shop do it with their special equipment, whereas anybody can tune the Flashpro. Flashpro keeps getting improved, while the Accessport is done for.

What type of tuning are you taking about? I thought once you are done putting on the bolt on's the AP is pretty much done. Can you an more maps from the ones that are already programed in.

even if you got an access port for cheap, like... stupid cheap. I wouldnt suggest spending money on it because it doesnt take care of even some of the basic functionality that flashpro does (that cobb does not):

flashpro gets rid of revhang
flashpro has live tuning
flashpro is being supported and continually developed for

flashpro>all other alternatives with reasonable price range.

only thing better than flashpro: motec
but its horridly expensive, and not as "nice" looking.

cobb is much cheaper if you dont plan on going FI, either way you should get a tune , accestuners offers some temp tunes based on mods if your in need of something to hold you over
