Default 07 Civic Si coupe wont start. Help.

A buddy of mine lowered his FG2, and without him knowing the driver side tire rubbed through lining and rubbed the wiring harness that is directly behind it. He doesnt want to fix it he just wants to replace it. But what harness is that? I drive a DC5 so I'm kind of unfamiliar with this chassis. Looks as if it goes up to ECU, but when looking on www.hondapartsunlimited.com only the engine harness goes to ECU. So I'm confused. Which harness is it and what does it go to? We are both away from the car since we work out of town so we can't really look at it but need to get it ordered. Second issue. When this first happened I repaired all damaged wires in harness just to see if the car would start so we would know. It didn't. I ran the OBD2 code reader on in and it says ecm or something. Could he have fried the ECU? Is that possible? I checked all fuses and everything seems good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you very much!
