Cabin noise and mediocre sound system. Nothing wrong with the radio.

i'm not sure what model the pioneer is all i know about it is it cost me $200 but the radio is fine because i can put it in my other car and only need the volume up to 20 at most, as for the speakers their kind of miss match, two stock speakers and two are boss speakers i believe, but i'm about to put some diff speakers in to see if it makes a diff

Stock and Boss speakers. That's your problem.

Check the gain on the head unit's internal amplifier--many aftermarket HUs have a menu to set the gain to high, low, or off (should be set to high). Make sure fade and balance are set correctly. If those are good, try aftermarket speakers with higher sensitivity.
