Default What part is this? And can it be removed?

I replaced the heater hose here I still have a leak from this passage circled in red. It is located right undernear the distributor and goes straight to the firewall. Clearly, mine is in horrible condition and because it's still leaking from here, i want to get it replaced.

What is the part circled in red called?

I am assuming a wrench can take it off where it is circled in green?

It's a 95 Integra LS Auto with the original B18B1 100% stock.

For anyone that is going to comment on the gunk buildup, the coolant did not have a mix of oil in it and I bought the car with 170,000 miles a few months ago so I don't know why the gunk built up and corroded that part. Car runs great aside from this small leak

*edit*
its the part where it says heater inlet hose. i need the actual outlet, not the hose. anyone know the part number and if its removeable?

Don't know about your year Integra but I believe that's a temp sensor switch.
You getting any check engine light? Getting readings on your temp gauge?

Yes it is replaceable.

its not the sensor, its the actual passage to th right of the sensor. the big thing circled in red that is rotting away. im thinking about just putting permatex around the hose to seal it lol

no cel and temp is reading fine.

It is replaceable, just find the correct socket size and unscrew it. Try calling Honda for the part number.

No home depot would not have it. But that's strange, mines a 97 GSR and I have that same water outlet for my heater. Find a junk head and pull it off?

I would just back it out and put pipe dope ( tephlon tape around it) if it was leaking through the threads.

id assume it would be the same for most b series heads just for ease of using the same hoses in different models. i dont have the 3rd vtec lobe on the exhaust cam so im sure mine is a stock b18b1

youre correct. goes straight to the heater core so no coolant to the heater core = no heat. i wouldnt turn the heater core on without having coolant flowing through it. youd be asking for a headache of a replacement

Use a 6-point socket to remove it. You will probably need thread sealant as well for the new one. (My Helm manual is not handy.) There's my $0.02.

Why not just go to your local bone yard, [picknpull] and grab one from just about any Honda/Acura, willing to bet it is the same part on most Honda engines. 94
