since i recently got my P1456 issues fixed, the CEL stayed off
but code still shows when i put obd2 scanner
i know its not bulb because CEL blinks when i turn my car on
and i put about 500 miles after i reset the ECU by putting out the fuse and the disconnecting the battery
and it still shows
maybe bad ECU?

You can try unplugging a sensor under the hood and see if the light comes on. If it doesnt then its probably because thats just a EVAP System leak code, usually caused by the gas cap being loose or something along those lines.

Before it would turn back on after 90 miles or so after unplugging the fuse
So I know the problem had been solved
It's just that the code is still showing if I plug obd2 scanner on ECU

The person who tested my ECU is a guy at a smog shop
My tag is due so I took my car for smog test
I passed all my test including emission with flying numbers but it wouldn't pass on obd2 part
Saying the code is showing
He asked me to pay 100 extra and he would make it pass somehow
So I went to my friends shop and have him test my ECU
There is no code whatsoever. So I figure this guy from smog shop is showing me history code to make some money off me.
Thanks for ur reply. It helped me find out what was going on with this

pretty shady if u ask me
i think he has his scanner on history setting whenever he checks mine
and try to convince me to just get it passed by paying 120 dollars
im gonna talk to him tomorrow and possibly report his *** to Bureau of automotive repair or DMV
my friend has more advanced scanner and he said.. your car has no code whatsoever
