Default Car dies at idle under load

Yesr: 1994
Make: Honda
Model: Del Sol
Trim: Vtec

While at idle if you do anything to put load on the motor (holding brakes, turning steering wheel, turning on a/c) the idle will go very low then up a few hundred rpm. Sometimes it will quit. If it sits with no load however it will sometimes have a small rev in the idle, but doesn't die.

This issue has just begun recently and I haven't had time to trouble shoot it yet. I plan to change the PCV first once I have time. Any other ideas?

Forgot to add, this is usually after the car has reached operating temperature.
