Are all 92-95 a/c compressors the same?
The a/c compressor in my g/f's 94 ex sedan went bad so I bought a used one off a friend that came from a 92-95 civic. It all bolts up fine except for the a/c hoses. It looks like the new compressor is tapered in the holes. Do they may any adapters for this or anything? I thought that all 92-95 a/c compressors were the same?

Glad you figured it out. R134A and R12 A/C lines are not interchangeable. The Compressors are the same on the inside and how they function. IE: Any 92-95 Compressor will compress both R12 and R134A Refrigerants. Just that 94-95 R134A A/C lines won't bolt up and seal onto a 92-93 R12 compressor and Vice versa.

Yeah I guess I should of done a little research before I just went and bought one. I just assumed they were all the same since most parts are all interchangable on those years. Oh well you live and you learn. Thanks for the reply.
