Stage 1 Cam with OEM Valves, Springs, and Retainers??

I am thinking about getting this cam for my EG:

I feel dumb asking but, can I use this cam with my OEM valve springs, retainers, and valves?

I mean you "could" but I wouldn't. don't do half the job, do it right the first time. why blox cams?

I dunno, just the first ones I thought of off the top of my head. But I was just thinking about that today. Yea, half assed doesn`t cut it

My plan is to get 140-150bhp NA out of my sohc by the end of the summer. Like I said, I was just thinking about that today, never said it was set in stone if I was going to do it
