i read that a stock b16 only runs anywhere from a low 15 to a high 14 so get your facts straight

as u see the b16 is gutless many b18b nonvtec swaps run low 15's as well. nice runs u shouldn't launch over 3k unless u have slicks or drag radials.

idk drag radials might help but you would probably still run a 15 second quarter mile, suspension helps also

Lower your tire pressure to around 18-20psi I'd try slipping the clutch rather than dumping it. 2nd gear burnout to heat up the tires good. good investment would be some drag radials. should be good for some mid 14's if you can get it to hook. Lots of seat time and you'll get it dialed in.

14 inch bfg drag radials. 205 50 14. they fit on steelies so its a nice cheap track tire that you can drive to the track on but since you can easily get a set of steelies you wont have to worry about putting them on your regular rims. also that size tire works out perfectly for a stock b16 trans. i trapped 98 mph in my b16 with them and i finished almost at the end of 4th gear.
