Default 00 SI clicking ecu HELP!!

First of all I bought this vehicle with 172,000 on the stock b16a2 and it ran fine for a while. Pulled the motor and put fresh bearings in, cleaned the head, and adjusted valves. Dropped motor back in and replaced the skunk2 IM and Tb with stock. Went to start the car and it rolls over but wont fire. There is a clicking noise coming from around the ECU and engine bay fuse box. The injectors are also clicking like theyre firing with just the key in the "on" position. Car has a viper alarm which looks like is wires into harness above ecu plugs. Is the ECU bad or could it be a relay or grounding issue?? Any input would be a big help! Thanks in advance.

First check your battery connections and battery strength. Also check all your grounds including especially the one that is supposed to be connected to the thermostat housing. The clicking is a relay and it is missing either power or more likely ground.

When I turn on the car the main relay starts clicking. I changed it out and still the same thing. What is causing it?

The main is getting low current. The result is a fast clicking relay. The current comes from the battery. The ECU then outputs the current on pin A16 on the ECU. The fix is to make sure the car battery is strong, connections tight and fully charged. Then make sure that the check engine light is not on and the ECU is properly grounded.
