I went ahead and did goodrich stainless lines got everything tight and all four are leaking where they bolt into the hard line. I don't understand why. They are supposed to be a mechanical seal right? Should I put teflon tape on the fittings or what? Can you even use teflon with brake fluid? I double checked everything as well I know they are tight.

 

Nevermind. Just found out that you really got to crank these puppies down problem fixed

 

How do you like them? Ive read you get instant pedal difference...and alot of people like them.

I just changed out a metal brake line....because it was leaking, but the brakes are rock solid, so I cant see them getting any better then that.

 

I really dont feel a big difference. Nothing special.

 

you shouldn't have to "crank down" on them. the washers seal it.
