I hope you didn't tell your girlfriend about the shifter problem.......
But, make sure shift rod, linkage isn't hitting Exhaust pipes.
Check if shift rod bushings are bad, and check the lower shifter bushing.
Check motor mounts next.

Did you change out the bushings? I would get a shifter/shift linkage poly busing kit. Also are you sure you have everything tightened up properly? Replace the b***h pin?
i changed everything i put a whole new linkage in... its not hitting the exhaust... what would the mounts have anything to do with it?? i figured it was the tranny thats causing this

Its most likely the front lower torque mounts. Those things are known to go bad on hondas and they dampn a lot of the vibration from the tranny and engine. Check those and if they are bad change them. Check all of the other mounts as well, but in this case since you are getting vibrations through your shifter its probably those front lower torque mounts.
Also if you are using aftermarket mounts like hasport or avid. That could be causing it too. Especially the ones with the race or track inserts. They are solid mounts and the urathane is a lot harder than the OEM mounts. Which allows a lot more vibrations to disperse through the chasis.

oh ok so i guess ill change those 2 lower torque mounts since they look pretty bad and see what happens.. i really thought my tranny was bad or somthing.. i didnt know bad mounts would make my shifter vibrate
actually i might of made a mistake when i say vibrate.. i dont mean vibrate at all.. i meant rattles sorry about that.. i wonder if this changes anything.. it rattles a lot when im going past like 3000 rpms but anything under it doesnt or when im in neutral it doesnt only when im going past 3k and i hit the clutch and then it stops
