90-01 integra,88-00 civic,88-91 crx,93-97 del sol shifters are the same and when i mean shifter i mean just the STICK not the whole linkage.

I'm going to instal my Bride short throw shofter this weekend. I found some installation info on the net from ggogle (unfortunatelly the search engine on the forum did not fgound any threads here, or at least I didn't see).

My question is how to possition the shifter because it's a little bended and I never seen before how suppose to stay on the car.
Should it lean forward or backward?

A picture of the proper position would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance!

It's personal preference. I would assume most people choose toward them

Yeah right, you definitely want it as far away as possible..

But no, you need the shifter facing back.

I've seen plenty of people with it facing away an purpose. Personally I don't think I would care for it.
